JFS's satellite office in Newark, Delaware is called The Relationship Center. We offer Outpatient Mental Health Services, Émigré Services for Refugees and Asylees, and Promoting Safe and Stable Families.

Services are open to all members of the community, regardless of age, race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or economic status.

All clinicians and case managers have completed at least a Masters’-level education.
